Purpose and problem
We found there was a gap in the market for peer to peer renting for production, TV and film equipment.

Process
The project was based over a 12-month period. There were a variety of responsibilities that were designated to both. I fully created the UX, UI, design and managed all the development work via upwork.com, working with 3 different companies over the course of the 12 months depending on the problems we were trying to solve. We started with a low fidelity sitemap and user-flow for the full site, always testing on real users to gain insights and direction to where and how to improve our digital product. Looking at the tone and voice to make it feel welcoming and user-friendly was key for the site to be successful.
