"Start with the Customer"

Start with the customer and work backwards. My passion lies in solving the right problems that create value for people and businesses. By understanding users' needs and behaviours and showing empathy, I design solutions that harmonise with overarching business objectives. I've worked in small start-ups, agencies, SaaS, D2C, and B2B and larger corporations. I've worked in cross-functional agile and lean teams to larger project spaces, collaborating to create meaningful horizontal connections with marketing, brand, and sales teams. I keep abreast of Figma, AI, Design systems, and UX research tools and methods as we work in a forever-changing environment determined by today's customers. My ambition is to design dynamically in a team that values culture and the customer; how people work together is just as important as the output.
